Chet is Back

Chet Baker loved Italy –  Rome above all. That’s where he had his first concert in January 1956 at the Teatro Eliseo, and also his last one in 1988 at the Music Inn, before leaving in his beige Alfa Romeo for Amsterdam where the night of May 13th, 1988 he fell from the third floor of a cheap hotel. He was 59. Suicide, a tragedy, murder!? That fateful night Chet left the world of jazz and became a legend.
